Home Inspect Anglia brings together a range of specialist surveying and technical disciplines relating to domestic buildings. Although the company was formed to address the needs of our clients as the new Home Information Packs become a reality in the UK, we are also asbestos surveyors, energy and carbon emission assessors for all building types, including new builds, structural masonry repair design engineers and damp and timber defect surveyors. The new regime is planned to commence on 1st August 2007 for mandatory Domestic Energy Assessments for homes with 4 or more bedrooms. Home Condition Reports will be produced on a voluntary basis, but are seen as being a powerful marketing tool. You wouldn't buy a car without an MOT!!!
